Ubiquity is looking for a Junior Technology Solutions Engineer to join our IT team. As part of a fast-growing
BPO company, you will be part of a team of motivated engineering and business professionals around the
globe and shape the technological foundation of a multi-national organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

¢ Participate in the design and improvement of the IT infrastructure & processes.
¢ Conducting discovery calls with Operations team & external clients and supporting them with all of their
technical related queries.
¢ Conduct presentations and demonstrations on Ubiquitys products.
¢ Coordinating and assessing potential vendors that could improve the companys technology stack.
¢ Conduct research and analysis on latest technology trends.
¢ Assisting the sales team to ensure that they are aligned with the companys technology services.

Ideal Candidates Have
¢ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering.
¢ At least 2 years of experience in the IT field with background on solutions design and engineering.
¢ A vast experience on latest IT technologies such as unified communication & telephony, cloud
computing, network protocols, server administration & virtualization and software development.
¢ A strong organizational & multi-tasking skills and strong analytical mindset.
¢ Attention to details and ability to present ideas in a clean & user-friendly way.
¢ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
¢ Sales experience is preferable but not required
