Details of the offer

Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Strong Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, including surface modeling.
Business Development/Marketing experience and/or Client contacts are a plus
Required Skill(s): negotiation skill, oral and communication skills, analytical skills
Willing to be assigned in BATANGAS CITY

Job Requirements:
Prepare/review daily data, and assist in monitoring field survey
Help direct field and office staff to execute field surveys
Perform quality control of survey plans, record plats, descriptions and reviews of title commitments
Process field work data
Prepare and review CAD work, plats and final surveys
Survey boundary analysis and computations of ALTA and topography surveys utilizing AutoCAD 3D
Schedule and coordinate between other departments and companies
Perform field survey work
Meet with clients to discuss their needs and review projects
Other duties as assigned
