Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Coordinate tasks to internal and external teams
Help create and maintain project status reports and documentation
Help ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance
Help ensure that all project requirements are complete and received before starting projects
Assist on basic client-facing duties
Escalate issues as needed to the project manager

Qualifications
Graduate of Information Technology or other related courses
Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google Suite tools
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
High level attention to details and solution-oriented mindset
Commitment to delivering high quality output
Must be a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Highly organized and has excellent time management skills
Ability to prepare and quickly interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays
