Junior Product Engineer (Ui-Ux)

Job Description:
Conceptualize design Determine timeline and deliverables Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design Evaluate and set best practices and standards Work with product manager and team to define user flows and sitemaps Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites Work with sales, engineering, front-end, and back-end developers as needed Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-year experience in UI/UX Design Develop UI mockups and prototypes Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, Multimedia or the likes. Proven experience with UI design with a portfolio of sample projects (Website design etc) In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles Experience with multiple visual design programs such as Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud Sketch, balsamiq. Knowledgeable in wire-framing tools, storyboards, user flows, and site mapping In-depth understanding of UI; an understanding latest design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment Artistic eye for design, user interaction, functionality, and readability Able to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and as an active member of a team
