Job Description
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistance to System and software development (Cloud, in-house, & mobile)
On time completion and implementation of software projects.
Prompt response to bugs and development of its fixes or patches to in-house developed applications.
100% accuracy in the generation of reports for in-house developed applications.
Zero incidence of major/serious bug or miscomputation that results to incorrect and inconsistent information handling.
Accurate definition of application access rights (permissions and privileges).
Correct assignment of server access rights.
Minimal bandwidth usage of in-house developed applications.
Consistent design and user-friendliness of graphical interfaces of in-house developed applications.
Assistance to ABFI’s Website management
Complete functionality of installed features.
100% conformance to the company agreed look and feel of the web site.
No miscarried updating of the website.
Complete documentation of company website and its corresponding annual domain name registration fees.
Assistance to Web Server management
100% conformance to IT policies on web server configuration and security.
Zero incidence of overlapping port usage for company hosted web sites.
Zero web server downtime.
Assistance to database server management
