Customer Service Representatives
Responsibilities:
•Answer call inquiries pertaining to insurance policy of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedures
•Analyze customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution/s
•Provide excellent customer experienceQualifications:
•Completed at least 2 Years in College
•Preferably with at least 1 Year of BPO Experience
•With Good English Communication Skills
