JOB DETAILS:
Position: Japanese Verification Analyst
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: P 60,000 – P 70,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift

It is a leading BPO company known for their multichannel customer services. They have digital solution, analytic solution BPO non-interaction, best location, contact center, internet interaction, vip and specialized solution and connection. They have been providing customer support for since 1978.
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English
• Japanese who has knowledge in Japanese language
• At least Sr. High School graduate.
• Willing to work in Ortigas.
• Customer Service experience is an advantage but not required
Responsibility:
• Handle verification request from APAC clients
• Responsible in assisting clients Japanese clients for Background check request
• Responsible in conducting background screening analyst by checking employment, education verifications
• Check drug test result and Form I-9 of the person
• Maintain open communication with service delivery team
