Requirements:
• Open for Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• Open for Japanese National living in the Philippines
• JLPT N1 & N2 Passer or level
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Preferably with trainor and graphic designer experience
Responsibilities:
• Managing and checks training assessments for Graphic Associate of the company.
• Coaches newly hired and trainees on best practices and provides timely feedback (i.e. metrics, attendance, behavior), monitors progress, and evaluate them on areas for improvement
• Help conduct technical assessment for recruitment and training of newly hired graphic designers.
• Designs technical assessments for recruitment and training of clients and company.
