Details of the offer

Job Description
Receive inbound customer call inquiries; Outbound calls when necessary.

Analyze customer problems/Inquiry using the provided knowledge tools/system.

Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problem.

Provide customers with the product information and assist during purchase thru Phone.

Assist less experienced representatives, as necessary.

Analyze customer issues through process of elimination by asking probing questions.

Identify and escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management.

Document cases appropriately based on existing guidelines.

Provide easily understood answers adapted to the customer situation.

Demonstrate effectiveness and ability to work independently regardless of distractions and/or general noise.

Acts honestly and professionally, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Job Qualifications:
Have at least JLPT N2 Certificate (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).
Filipino Working Visa.
At least 1-year continuous call center experience (Japanese voice account).
English proficiency: At least business level (Ability to communicate in daily business).
Excellent Japanese communication skills (Business level-Keigo).
Computer literate.
Have a strong attention to detail and able to prioritize and multitask.
Has a good attendance record from the previous company.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule (Weekends, Holidays).
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.

Preferred:
Experience in IT the industry (home appliances, audios, game machines and mobile phones).
Good understanding and experience of customer service.
Studied in Japan or lived in Japan (preferred but not necessary).
