Job Description:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Must be fluent with both English and required foreign language (Japanese) Open to both Native/Non-native speakers Must be proficient in KEIGO All native candidates must present their visa and passport upon walking in Must be willing to start immediately Must be willing to work in Pasig
