Position: Japanese Product Developer Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Subic
Salary: P100,000
Schedule: Dayshift

Responsibilities:
• Manage a new product development business of ink cartridge for inkjet printer in general.
• Achieve the requested delivery day, quality, and cost while coordinating with the affiliated companies in Japan.
• Conduct a research on fundamental technologies of major components such like ink and IC chip.
• Manage the production facility maintenance team and the general equipment maintenance team.

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• 3 years actual experience of Product Development regardless the position (Preferably experience abroad)
• English level: Business English (can communicate with local staff without an Interpreter)
