A BPO Company in Ortigas, Pasig City that handles Online Gaming Services

Position: Japanese Email and Chat Support (Online Gaming)
Salary: P 50,000 NET (Negotiable) (salary increase upon regularization)
Location: E. Rodriguez, Pasig City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Duties and responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding the game
• Acknowledging and resolving customer concern through chat, email and phone
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Responsible in keeping the customer’s information
• Provide information and instructions to gamers
• Responsible for generating reports related to customer queries

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Can speak, read and write Japanese language
• Filipino who studied High school in Japan
• With Call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Has Gaming experience is an advantage for extra incentives
