Responsibilities:
Responsible for Recruitment, Training, Management of Staff Members Source and interview candidates for internal hiring
Develop training materials and strategies to have quality employees
Responsible for Recruitment, Training, Management of English Teachers
Meet targets of successful teachers based on KPI
Develop systems and strategies to train teachers to be top caliber and expert language instructors
Assign teachers to students
Other tasks relating the main duties

Requirements:
Filipino
N1, N2 passers
English proficiency above intermediate
With positive personality traits
With a strong sense of responsibility
Preferably Female, 25 - 35 years old
