Position: Japanese Customer Coordinator (Non-Voice)
Industry: BPO Company for Online Betting
Location: Makati
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
Salary: P90, 000 - P 130,000

Requirements:
• Half-Japanese Half Filipino or Filipino fluent in both Japanese and English (Written and Oral)
• JLPT N1-N2 pasaduate/Voser/level
• High School grcational/Graduates/undergraduates of any course
• With or without Customer Service experience
• Has knowledge or has worked in Sports betting industry is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in responding inquiries/concerns via call, chat, website and email
• Translate emails received from customers
• Assist clients in regards to their inquiries and be able to provide solutions
• Review and process deposit/withdrawal transactions of customers
• Administrate customer transactions and client account management including updating notes in accounts
