It Sr. Project Manager

Role:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the execution and delivery of multifaceted, multiple and simultaneous strategic initiatives ranging from moderate to complex with the approved scope, schedule, budget and quality acceptance criteria following the the Company’s Systems Development Methodology Guidelines and Standards.
The SPM will also be responsible for using best practices on project management methodologies to create a project delivery plan that fits the stakeholders/customers’ requirements and desired outcomes and is fully responsible for the results of the project.
He/she will provide oversight on managing the production support for assigned application systems running in production.
The SPM will likewise carry out team management responsibilities for project team members - business analysts, technical leads, software engineers and quality engineers assigned to the project.
What we are looking for:
Graduate of BS IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or any IT-related course.
With at least 5 to 8 years of solid hands-on experience in end to end project management in the life insurance industry / banking industry / other financial institutions.
With 8 years of experience in software development testing or software maintenance support.
Strong people management experience and stakeholder engagement skills preferably with regional stakeholders
Good communication/ presentation skills
