As an IT Security Analyst, you would support information security policies, standards and procedures to secure and protect data residing on systems. Work directly with user departments to implement procedures and systems for the protection, conservation and accountability of proprietary, personal or privileged electronic data.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments for internal functions and departments
Ensure compliance to the business agreement, policies, procedures, and regulations along with ability to map controls and compliance requirements
Support remediation efforts with business
Maintain metrics and report them
Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
Plan, manage and execute compliance programs in support of the conformance to stated policies
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education or equivalent experience
2-3 years of Information Technology experience
Risk assessment skills and the ability to perform risk assessments
Previous experience with at least 1 cycle of ISO27001 implementation (Gap Analysis, Risk Assessment, SOA, Implementation, etc.)
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Good presentation skills particularly ability to present technology elements in manner personnel can follow and act
Preferred Qualification:
ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Assessor Certified
