Greet and receives customer questions4. Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters5. Provide outstanding customer service6. Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records7. Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, checks, credit or debit cards8. Alert management of potential security issues9. Assist with inventory and technical departments10. Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest and,11. Other related responsibilities given to you by the companyQUALIFICATIONS1. College graduate of any computer or I.T. related course2. With background in computer troubleshooting and repair.3. Knowledgeable in installation of O.S., software, and other applications.4. Highly Knowledgeable with Laptop and Desktop Computers.5. Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills.6. Friendly and happy personality.
