Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Management Have PMP certification or equivalent 3-5 years working successfully leading systems implementation in banking projects Preferable also having knowledge or experience in infrastructure Have experience in managing core banking systems implementation Clear understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies Having good knowledge/skill in application, data migration and infrastructure Having experience in managing large sized project with multiple on-going sub-projects simultaneously
