Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems by implementing best practices and procedures- Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our organization remains competitive and efficient- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to maximize value for money- Collaborate with external IT service providers to ensure that they deliver high-quality services that meet our needs- Provide regular reports on IT performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
