Role Description:The IT OFFICER will be responsible for the following; *Developing and supporting the integration between SAP Business One and other application platforms. *Customizing and developing new forms and monitor and maintain IT Infrastructure.
The position allows for participation in IT projects, providing an opportunity for the individual to collaborate with colleagues from other business entities.
I. Essential Functions:Planning, designing and developing new feature functionality for software applications based on company requirements
Support Reports, Integrations and Customizations
Create Technical Documentation
Create crystal report forms and reports for SAP B1
Create Integrations and Customizations /SAP B1 Add-ons
Create WEB Applications / Integrations
Provides overall IT/technical support as needed
Provides help desk support and sort out daily queries of end-users
Assists in a stabilization of the application and continuous improvements
Assists in gathering and summarizing business requirements of users
Validates and helps in the running of interfaces, reconciliations and generation of reports requirements
Provides training for end-users
a. Skills and Abilities:Must be self-motivated with strong technical skills as well as good interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizations skills
Expected to be approachable, service-minded and articulate in communicating complex technical issues and plans for remediation
The ability to work and team effectively with colleagues, management, partner peers in a multi-tiered, fast-paced environment
The individual must be a fast learner and can adapt quickly to a changing environment
Be eager to accept new responsibilities as the company grows
b. Knowledge and Experience:At least 3 years of proven experience at performing in a large network environment and software development
Working knowledge in SAP Business One is a plus
Knowledge with SAP B1 SDK is a plus
Knowledge with WEB API is a plus
Knowledge with T-SQL Scripting /Programming is required
Knowledge with Object-Oriented Programming (is a plus)
With any of the following technical skills:VB.NET, C#, MSSQL, Crystal Report, Mobile Development (is a plus)
c. Professional Qualification and Training:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
d. Working Conditions:Works in an office environment
Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
Working hours are Monday to Friday, generally from 8:00AM to 6:00PM
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays to satisfy specific project or as needed
