Requirements: Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

20 Full-Time position(s) available. Client Support TEchnician (CST) will be scheduled with appointments to support users in such tasks as installing applications and troubleshooting applications issues (Outlook etc.)
In addition, these technicians (if not currently on an appointment ) will answer overflow calls and work to follow up their open cases.
Network Operations Center (NOC) will work from a queue of tickets that will be sorted by priority/required response time, and will also answer phone calls and support users who call in after hours.
The ticket queue these technicians will work from contains items such as new user requests, backup/security notifications and notifications for down servers etc. Technicians will be provided access to documentation and tools to help them do their job, and the client will provide training and procedures how to complete technical tasks.Responsibilities:Must have very good communication skills

2 years of experience supporting business users on IT helpdesk
Supporting Windows 7/8/10 in an Active Directory environment
Supporting MAC devices
Quickly identifying viruses/hardware/application issues
Performing password unlock/reset
Setting up email in Outlook, Android, IOS devices
Setting up and troubleshooting client VPN connections
Outlook calendar/mailbox sharing/permissions
Updating / upgrading software
Troubleshooting Printer issues, Web browsing issues, Missing mapped drives,
Network connection issues, site internet connection interruptions
