We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our cutting-edge Sports Betting Software in production environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach are essential in this fast-paced environment. What are you expected to do? Planning and executing software releases and configurations according to established methodologies. Providing technical support to our Sports Betting customers. Documenting team processes and product updates. Analyzing and resolving technical incidents with a strong understanding of the underlying systems. Delivering effective and professional solutions to customer queries and concerns. Contributing to product and team improvement through collaboration and innovation. Providing support outside of regular working hours when necessary. What sets this job apart? You utilise your familiarity with Bash scripting and other scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. You apply your knowledge of automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. You utilise your experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or others. You should have familiarity with IIS Administration, Nginx Web Server, or Apache Web Server, which is preferred for managing web applications effectively. You should have knowledge of at least one of the following markup languages: YAML, JSON, or XML Schema, as it's preferred for configuring and structuring data effectively. You demonstrate proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or other T-SQL technologies. You exhibit experience with messaging protocols like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or AMQP. You demonstrate familiarity with Splunk/Big IP F5 LTM. You demonstrate your experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles. You showcase your proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail. You display excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. What happens after you submit your application? The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun. We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application. If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
