It Assistant

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request thru helpdesk- Provide level 2 technical support across the company- Responsible for maintaining server room, server and back ups- Provide technical support in all HS8 user (IHS, MMS, and FMS)- Conduct IT Training Program (Cyber Security Awareness, HIS8, Microsoft 365, and etc.)**Job Qualifications**- Graduate of **BS Information Technology** or **any related course**.**:- Background in any similar work is an advantage..- Good interpersonal, communication, and written skill.- Customer Service Oriented.- Fast learner and Trustworthy.- Can start immediately.- Willing to be assigned to General Trias, Cavite**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- General Trias, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
