Internal Audit Staff

Job Description:
Responsible in recording the total actual sales remittance per brand, per department, per store from the concession stores; Responsible in recording the total actual inventory per store brand, per department, per store from the concession stores; Responsible in recording the total actual pull-out per store brand, per department, per store from the concession stores; Responsible in providing Manila and Provincial Auditor data for scheduling of store audit; Responsible in monthly generation of sales remittances over/under tara; Responsible in the manual computation of remittances (quantity); Responsible in verifying store discrepancies for promo clearances; Responsible in processing Barcode requests of Provincial Areas in absence of Provincial Sales Supervisor Analyze and Review actual collection versus concession stores remittance; Coordinate with Internal & External Auditor on audit schedule and responsible for keeping internal and external audit report and results; Coordinate with Sales Department and Human Resources Management Department if discrepancy arises; Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established; Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Keen to Details Highly responsible and reliable Accountancy or other related course WIlling to work in Makati City
