Deliver technical implementation activities from initial discovery, through definition, to delivery and sign-off Record metrics (time, budgets and customer satisfaction) for technical workstream of implementation activities. Understand and document technical requirements (from customer and Interact perspectives) and adapt the Interact standard processes to these. Continuously improve and refine the technical processes for onboarding customers. Align tasks and reporting with the Client Integration Team to ensure that implementation plans are consistent across all Interact workstreams Work closely with the Product Teams to ensure that implementation activities are adapted in line with new functions and facilities. Ensure that onboarding of customers is delivered to time, budget and customer satisfaction Support and empower the Delivery Teams by providing technical support and deep product knowledge to assist with customer onboarding. Ensure that interactions (particularly with enterprise scale customers) provide customers with proactive guidance and consultancy on the onboarding process Competencies Customer Centric Simplifying processes, by automating solutions Team Work Target Driven Requirements 3 years as Implementation/Solutions Engineer, Developer or similar technical client-facing role in a related industry Experience with Ruby, JavaScript, Go or similar Highly familiar with API based integration methods and tools Experience within the Payments, or Fintech industry. Card experience is advantageous Experience working with enterprise-level organizations on various verticals and complex business models (Payment facilitators, Marketplaces, ISVs) Ability to explain highly complex and technical concepts to non-technical audience Experience with requirements discovery, elicitation and analysis, systems and solution architecture Experience in leading projects in fast pacing environments Excellent communication and relationship leadership skills all the way to C-level Highly skilled consultant, able to influence and advise stakeholders throughout the implementation cycle Experience with Alternative/Local Payment methods/Digital Wallets AWS Cloud experience is advantageous Data Analysis Google sheets & Google suite Benefits Competitive salary Private Healthcare
