Details of the offer

General front office management and will have appointments scheduled by case managers
Responsible in answering phones
Doing of follow up calls
Maintaining schedules
Must have excellent English skills
Will be using the calendar function in Clio to see appointments
Contacting the client and performing an interview regarding past jobs and medical treatment
Must be knowledgeable SSA form online while interviewing the client
Download and save completed application and submission confirmation into Clio document
Adding medical sources into the communications tab in Clio
Task case manager that appointment is complete and results of appointment i.e. completed application, client no show, client reschedule, client has questions
