JOB DESCRIPTION:The Instructor Associate Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of leadership and professional development programs within the Operations department. This role encompasses various tasks including talent capability assessment, training program design and development, facilitation, and project management.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:* A college graduate* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Training Manager* Proficient in delivering engaging presentations* Capable of conducting end-to-end training needs analysis (TNA)* Skilled in analyzing performance trends and implementing intervention programs to address performance gaps* Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques* Experience in talent management and succession planning* Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
