Instructional System Designer

Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilites Assists in the design, development, and revision of courses that adhere to adult learning principles and theories and that incorporate general instructional design principles. Designs and delivers training courses/modules to Supervisors and below. Evaluates, tracks, and reports on training courses/modules and trends using either or both the peer review process and STARTEK’s Learning Management System (LMS). Receives feedback or recommendations from either the ISD Management Team or the targeted audience, and makes revisions based on the feedback or recommendations received. Administration of STARTEK’s Learning Management System (LMS) Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Good communication skill Fluent in verbal and written English At least 2-5 years Training Telecom working experience At least 2-3 years working experience as E-Learning Instructional Designer Amenable to work in Makati Shifting schedule will be graveyard shift / mid-shift Can start ASAP Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: KSAs Common to All JDs: Fluent in verbal and written English. Able to multi-task, have demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work-related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high demand and fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information. Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner.
