You'll design learning solutions that are engaging, fun, and most importantly, build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create the Verizon of the future.Creating innovative learning solutions for sales, products, customer service, and employee development.Resourcing learning initiatives with internal and external training experts.Handling vendor and contractor relationships.Evaluating program efficiency and continuously improving our solutions.Managing the archive of learning programs and materials.Developing learning content for all workgroups within both VCG Service and Sales channels.Leveraging a variety of training modalities including eLearning, Performance Support, and Virtual Instructor Led.Supporting new hire, continuing education, and career progression development.Identifying synergy for related content across all VCG channels.Designing pre and post-class activities to promote optimal learning.Facilitating/delivering content as part of the program pilot process.Managing training readiness processes for instructor-led programs.Exploring alternative deliverable types including micro-learning, video, and reinforcement to engage the modern learner and drive retention.Evaluating learning effectiveness by conducting measurement studies post-training.What we're looking for...You're energized by discovering the best new learning approaches and applying them to create engaging learning programs. You seek feedback and understand the importance of continuous improvement.
