Job Summary:An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. ISR is also responsible for administrative and sales support to Channel Account Managers and In-House accounts to achieve repeat sales. Ensure effective implementation of all sales & marketing promotions, programs and the prompt resolution of issues affecting key accountsResponsibilities:Inside Sales Representative Duties:· Research accounts, profiling, identify key players and generate interest· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals· Perform effective online demos to prospects· Provide administrative and sales support to assigned Channel Account Manager and its clients and In-House Sales management.· Analyzes customer's needs and recommends requirements that best meets customer's requirements· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails· Continuously improving relationship with assigned accounts through close and regular face to face interaction and phone calls.· Ensure constant communication with all assigned accounts (updated price list, promotions etc.). 100% coverage of managed Business Partners is expected.· Coordinate with Product Management Group on training, promos, and selling activities· Prepares quotation/proposal, sales orders/invoices and other tasks assigned by the CAM and or supervisor.· Submits all required reports to CAM, Immediate Supervisor, PMG, and/or Sales Manager· Consults with systems engineers on highly technical problems· Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or managementAdministrative Support:· Coordinate administrative requirements, report pertaining to office assets inventory, billings and other JESA Concern to Human Resource And Administrative Department· Monitor, report timekeeping of all employees of Cebu Office to HRAD Department in Weekly, Semi- monthly basis or as per needed· Accommodate calls and inquiries regarding administrative matter· Monitor and pay overhead expenses of the company needed in Cebu Office· Responsible for assets inventory in semi – monthly basis.Qualifications:· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.· Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).· Highly organized with excellent time management skills.· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
