Inside Sales Associate

Founded in 2016 and now with over 250 employees, Curogram is a leading provider of HIPAA compliant texting that helps optimize the front desk of medical offices.
The founder and CEO, Shayan Nafisi, a former senior back-end engineer of Skype Inc., the co-founders, Dr. Ali Khazaeizadeh, the owner of Vital Urgent Care and Michael Hsu, who was previously affiliated with Morgan Stanley as their M&A Analyst.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of accounts
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Provide solutions and resolve conflicts to customers in a timely manner

Qualifications:
Fluent in English / Conversational English
Has at least 2- 3 Years BPO experience
Experienced in B2B Sales and managing client portfolios
2 years solid sales experience
Able to handle IB and OB (cold calls)
Must be familiar with CRM Sales Force and HubSpot
Experience in selling Health Care Software / Apps is a plus for Demos
Excellent time management skills
