Injection Technician

*Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including but not limited to, setup and teardown, trouble shooting of equipment maintenance and work flow.*Managing raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.*Check and Review correct materials specification as specified in the drawing prior performing the trial and evaluation.*Conducts evaluation /trial for introduction feasibility in mass production*Establish ideal machine parameter setting for new molds / parts*Perform visual inspection of parts during trial and ensure result is good prior submission to QA for full quality evaluation*Perform Product analysis and adjust injection parameter and documents changes for records*Ensure that the standard operating procedure is properly followed and 3Q6S is well maintained at all time**Qualifications***At least Highschool Graduate*Have Knowledge in MS Office ( PPT, EXCEL)*With minimum of 2 years experience in same capacity is required (Plastic Injection)*has the ability to use inspection like caliper, visual, microscope, weighing scale*Can read product drawing, has interpersonal and communication skills**Willing to work in Cabuyao.
