Job Description:
Goes through intensive training to learn LICA Group's key competencies of different business units. Implementats and assures compliance on the assigned area. Handles day-to-day operations effectiveness; Ensures customers' needs are attended to promptly. Manages the delivery of the overall requirements that adhere quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate from a reputable school or international university. Must also possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course. Able to work with minimum supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to work individually and with a team. Result-oriented, systematic and organized.
