Industrial Engineer

Job Description:
The Industrial Engineer will maintain and evaluate production and manpower schedules, manufacturing process flow, and other methods and activities in manufacturing. He/she will analyze, establish, and implement quality production and process standards on operational methods, efficient techniques, and continuous improvement. He/She will also be in charge of the implementation of the department's established policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course; With leadership qualities; Experience in handling people; Knowledge in ISO and SAP are an advantage; Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment is a plus; Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Positive work attitude, trainable, flexible; Team player with good interpersonal skills; Willing to work in Meycauyan, Bulacan or Quezon City.
