Job Description:
The In-house counsel will be part of the legal department, and will handle issues and projects involving:


Taxes Real estate Regulatory issues Estate planning Informal settlers (e.g. squatters, land titling) The in-house counsel will also play a managerial role as he or she oversees the work of outsourced attorneys for the company's projects.



Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in the Philippines 2 to 3 years of practice (in-house lawyer) Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines No derogatory marks during study Must be highly organized Very polished, from look to operation/execution Knowledgeable on a broad range of topics Capable and hard-working
