Import Logistics Assistant

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Detail-oriented, Organized, Basic Computer Skills, Excellent Written and Verbal communication
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Job Description:
Communication with the suppliers
Assists in the product development cycle, from the design and/or formulation stage to the initial order
Monitors the logistics and quality of imported goods upon regularization of shipments
Generating and maintaining files of orders, invoices, packing lists, returns and other important shipping and receiving documentation.
