Import And Export Senior Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Import/Export or any Business Course.
- With strong background on the field of Import/Export process.
- With strong background on import operation as Importer.
- At least 2 Year(s) of experience on International Trade.
- At least 2 Year(s) working as Import Officer in Import Business Firm.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- A strong organizer, efficient worker who is detail oriented and methodical.
- Ability to identify problems, demonstrate the use of initiate and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Can deal business with different branches of government.
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Required Skill(s): Importation, Exportation, Letter of Credit, Logistics, SAP Accounting Systems.
- Excellent communication skill both in oral and written (English).
- Fulltime position available.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with the Warehouse, Sales and other relevant departments.
- Preparation of Letter of Credit and other bank documents related to all shipments, DA and DP terms.
- Ensuring complete and keeping of records of all import documents.
- Ensure that all import and export items/products of the company has proper licenses and certification from concern government agencies.
- Any other related duties that may be assigned.
