Hvac Project-In-Charge

**Responsibilities**:1. Supervise/Coordinate installation of HVAC and other mechanical works.2. Ensures proper preparation of drawings inspection and initialing each deviation or revision as well as certifies its accuracy3. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of on-site HVAC construction coordination.5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget6. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility7. Ensure resource availability and allocation8. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress9. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs10. Report and escalate to management as needed11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders12. Perform risk management to minimize project risks13. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors14. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation15. Perform other related duties as assigned16. Assist the HVAC Engineer and HVAC Senior Engineer**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.- Proven working experience in project management in the HVAC industry- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.- Preferably obtained with Safety and Health Certificate.- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Willing to work on-site.- Strong mechanical aptitude- Preferably has an experience in Chillers, VRF, HVAC, and FCUSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
