Human Resource (Hr) Officer

- Provides a strategic wide range of human resource services to support the work of the Company to achieve its goals by providing leadership and supervision on areas of general human resource administration, staff benefits, and guidance on labor laws.
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Preparing new employee files
- Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Conducting the benefits enrollment process
- Administering new employment assessments
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
