Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience, at leasts two year(s) as HR Officer, Administrator or other HR related functions in Hotel & Resort Management/ Operation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or related industry Understanding of Philippines' labor laws and disciplinary procedures Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Strong ethics and reliability, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Graduate of Bachelor's/ College Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related courses
