Among others,- Ensures office supplies are adequate- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies- Track IT equipment/software, usage, custodianship, etc. Repairs, etc. of such.- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Among others,- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.- Assist Finance in the following:- Check collection- Invoice submission- Check deposit- Others- Assist HR Officer in the following:- Preparation of employee programs throughout the year (e.g. General Assemblies, Christmas Party, Summer Outing, etc.)- Monthly sending of Birthday greetings banner, etc.- DOLE renewal, registration and/or exemption request- Serves as liaison officer in Government agencies (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth)- Coordination with the Building Administrator for all issues- Facilitate onboarding process (processing of company ID and other necessary documents)- Maintain hard copies of employees' records- Process clearances of resigned employees- Other tasks and assignments that may be given or assigned to you by the HR Officer.What must you have:- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management in HRDM or Psychology.- Proactive and ability to identify issues, think ahead, propose solutions, plan long-term decisions, and anticipate outcomes.- Creative.- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.- Excellent organizational and technical skills.- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.What we offer:- A competitive salary offer depending on qualifications- HMO, leave incentives and other allowances- Young professional, result-oriented, goal-driven team- Opportunity for career growth**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
