Position: HR -Sales ManagerLocation: Cebu Business ParkWork schedule: Monday to FridaySalary: 35k complete benefitsJob type: full time, onsite, direct hire and permanent and willing to travel around PH EDUCATION:• Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Engineering or Management• Master degree, an added advantageAt least ten (10) years of generalist experience in Human Resources preferably gained from a large-sized company,with at least five (5) year at management level• Good knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws SKILLS:• Highly analytical, organized and can manage as well as prioritize activities effectively• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven record to work well with all levels in the organization• Strong problem solving and decision making skills• Above average oral and written communication skills using the English and Cebuano language• Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data• Proficient in computer applications and business machines PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS• Must work well with people across all levels and has a sense of cooperation and teamwork• Professional, has initiative and with integrity• Can work under stress and not cave into pressure• Willing to travel across the Philippines
