This role will primarily focus on providing system expertise on Kenexa and other resourcing systems such as HireVue, Cubiks, Shell Talent Community (STC) and others while working closely with IT support teams in resolving any system queries and issues. He/she will act as the subject matter expert on both Internal and External resourcing processes and extend support required for process management and documentation, act as the escalation point on resourcing compliance matters, ensure execution of Kenexa data management, and deliver resourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with IR Operational Excellence team.
The resourcing support advisor will be working closely with Integrated Resourcing colleagues (Recruiters, Recruitment Operations, Sourcing Hub), partners and stakeholders (Systems Support teams, HR Advisors, Assessors) and other support teams to help drive timely and high-quality recruitment journey for candidates through facilitation of process and systems improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of system changes that include testing of new system features rolled out to all Kenexa clients, track issues reported to Resourcing Support and create business cases for system improvements, liaise with business users and IT DevOps on putting forward change requests, and communicating new functionalities and system downtimes to all Kenexa users
Accurate execution of high touch resourcing processes (MOR, Reorganization) and centrally managed activities (Evergreen Requisition creation, Graduate Target upload) and ensure high-quality data management and report deliveryEnsure compliance and data privacy controls are in place in process and systems design in adherence to rules and guidelines. This includes access and user account management of all resourcing systems, ensure execution of data disposal activities through IT DevOps, observe Information Management rules when sharing data, and drive compliance behavior of Integrated Resourcing community through regular engagement meetings. He/she will also act as guardian of identified global resourcing sites (IR Community Site, Resourcing Portal, Global ERP) and working closely to site owners of the site on maintenance of documentation and proper Non Record Disposal.Administration of training and refresher sessions to all Integrated Resourcing staff on recruitment systems, tools (ie., Kenexa, First Advantage, Shell Talent Community – Avature) and processes (Internal and External resourcing) including maintenance of training documentationMeet best practice response times by building partnerships with Integrated Resourcing and HR colleagues, providing guidance on resourcing policies and procedures, maintain timely updates on case statuses, identifying best practices and knowledge sharing, and timely escalation of complex queries to ensure proper resolution is provided. This also includes managing requests according to the established ways of working by using the Salesforce tool to log queries and updates, escalate IT tickets via ServiceNow and ensure effective worklist management while keeping customers updated on the status of their requestsProvide high level of care and support to all Kenexa users such as candidate, 3rd party agencies, Hiring Managers, Employees, HR, etc.Adhere to the Global Approval Matrix (GAM) and Data Privacy rules by strictly monitoring all controls in place on a daily basis and sharing best practices within the team for continual improvement in service delivery, participating in improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Job Requirements:

Experience on recruitment process and systems is an advantage
Experience on project delivery and continuous improvement
Knowledge on various tools and software including MS Office applications, SharePoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc.
