Job Description:
The position is responsible for providing operational and program management support to Site HR Managers and HR administrator with emphasis on shared resources and iterative processes.
The position is accountable for enabling HR pillar processes across Coal BU for a designated HR pillar (i.e., Attraction, Retention, Optimization) providing pre-work, deployment, and post-project support expertise.
Together with HR Manager; create performance management (annual, mid-year, regularization, etc.) calendar for Coal BU ensuring compliance with APHR and AEHR deadlines, process and tasks deliverables Distills and customizes performance management materials from Aboitiz Power for Coal BU use. Develop work tools and work aids to support team leader’s assimilation of performance management tools including but not limited to training, coaching, etc. Facilitate competency development of newly promoted team leaders on Performance Management tools and activities. Evaluate the effectiveness of performance management tools and activities. Together with HR Manager; analyze compensation and benefits trends affecting employee retention and satisfaction levels. Provide recommendations and interventions Conceptualize and propose an employee relations program. Develop interventions to ensure smooth employee-employer relationship., compliance with labor laws, including but not limited to new labor (or local) regulations. Provide support to HR manager on contentious employee situations (i.e., terminable cases) Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior Minimum Qualifications:
At least 4 years of actual experience in HR with Leadership background of at least 2 years Involved in projects relating to compensation studies, employee engagement, HR technology. Bachelors/College Degree in one of these courses. (Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Mathematics, Economics) Preferably with Psychometrician license, SHRM certifications.
