Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field- With 2-3 years work experience- Proficient in MS Office operation- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR- Well-versed with the Philippine Labor Laws- With excellent communication skills- Has the ability to handle multiple tasks- Flexible and can work under pressure- Willing to travelJob description:- Reports to the HR Manager in the Head Office- Assists in the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties- Provides clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager- Compiles, updates, and organizes employee records (hard and soft copies)- Processes enrollment of employees' paycards- Coordinates HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, evaluations, etc.)- Assists in payroll preparation by encoding relevant data (days of work, overtime, absences, leaves, tardiness, etc.)- Assists in the recruitment process including background checking of the applicants- Assists employees in any HR-related concerns and reports the same to the HR Manager- Performs other functions deemed necessary by management**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flextime- Paid training- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
