Hr Officer - Generalist

2-3 yrs experience in the same role and capacity- Experience of working in a varied administrative role involving extensive dealing with employees.- Can work in a fast-paced environment- In-depth knowledge on Payroll and Compensation and Benefits Administration- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.- To serve as Training Assistant to HR Manager during Trainings- Experience with Training or Onboarding process, Experience with recruitment is a plus- Can Handle Labor Relations and other DOLE Transaction related to Employment.- Other duties as assignedSchedule:- 8 hour shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
