Details of the offer

Responsible for timekeeping and benefits administration including implementation of policies and procedures related to benefits, both companies granted and government-mandated. Provide basic healthcare services to a company's employees. They may be responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health.
Responsibilities:
Recommends and implements benefits to increase the quality of life for employees, by working with brokers and researching benefits issues.
Designs evaluate and modify policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
Coordinates with other Insurance providers and provides a comparative analysis of the cost of Annual Physical Exam for regular employees.
Prepares and distributes verbal and written information to employees regarding employee benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
Administered prescribed medications and treatments.
Responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding employee recovery, promoting health, and assisting injured employees.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Nursing, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be a Registered Nurse with BOSH Training.
Demonstrate teamwork, observation spirit, company policies knowledge, and communication abilities.
Willing to work in Maybunga, Pasig City.
