PRIMARY FUNCTION:The HR Manager oversees the over-all provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/WORK ACTIVITIES- Works with other managers on issues relating to people- Oversees staffing of organizational units- Employee orientation, development, and training- Salary schemes and employee benefit plans- Performance management systems- Organization development- Compliance to regulatory concerns- Policy development- Career development and job grading structure- Documentation- Resolves Conflicts and Negotiates with Others- Establishes and Maintains Interpersonal Relationships- Develops and monitors Human Resources services, employee recognition, other activities such as sports teams, events, company, and philanthropic givingQUALIFICATIONS:Education and Work Experience:- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology- Master's Degree is an advantage- With minimum of 3 years Experience in managing peopleKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Better than average written and oral communication skills.- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee -coaching skills.- Ability to lead and develop HR Department- Ability to treat information with confidentiality- Can serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team in providing overall company leadership and direction.- Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and MS Office Applications- General knowledge of employment laws and practicesSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources Manager: 1 year (preferred)
