Hr Manager (Fmcg - Cebu)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 10 years in managerial capacity or minimum of 5 years in a senior supervisory capacity.
Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Information technology skills application (SAP, EXACT, CITRIX, ORACLE, ERIC, ACCPAC)
Experience in ISO Certified Company. With working background in Good Manufacturing Practices; Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards; and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Standards.
