Hr Generalist

**HR Generalist****Qualifications**:- At least 1 year experience as HR generalist preferably in a BPO setting.- Knowledge of HR functions and good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures- Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with a team- Proficient in MS Office/ Google Sheets- Amenable to work **ONSITE **and at **NIGHT****Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Providing immediate assistance and support to employees and leaders.- Managing any inquiries and concerns related to Payroll, Recruitment and Employee Discipline.- Communicating with the management and the rest of the HR team to address concerns raised at night.- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes.- Performs other duties as assigned.Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- On-site parkingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
